Online Coordination of Care
Using the Hello Health platform, clients have the opportunity to communicate direct-to-provider for urgent needs as well as follow-up care. We at GladdMD have learned that many clients that prefer our style of care, and also prefer us to be available more acutely to prevent unnecessary medical interventions, both testing and drugs like antibiotics. This capability is provided via online connection with providers, and when necessary, face-to-face appointments or recommendations to urgent or emergent care centers will be made. There is a per "email visit" fee applied to these interactions.
