Pancakes are one of those all-American breakfasts that are rarely found on a healthy diet plan, but we are all about recreating the classics. So we put together a recipe that keeps the bad stuff out and keeps the good stuff in. You can still have your (pan)cake and eat it too.

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop of unsweetened whey protein powder
Instructions:
Mash banana. Whisk in eggs and protein powder. Grease skillet with a bit of butter or coconut oil. Pour batter in roughly 2-3” rounds. Cook, flip, cook. Place on plate and top with almond butter. Be happy!
