The breakfast hash is one of our favorite ways to eat eggs. It's typically a combination of a lot of great flavors rolled into one. This recipe combines the sweetness of apples, the obvious amazing-ness of bacon and the heartiness of eggs. A perfect fall dish!

Ingredients:
- 6 eggs (beaten)
- 6 slice(s) bacon (cut into small strips)
- 3 apples (peeled and chopped)
- 15 walnut halves
- 3 tablespoon(s) grass fed butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) tsp of cinnamon (or more as preferred)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, scramble the eggs in the butter and remove.
- Add bacon to the skillet and cook until just about done. Add the apple pieces and cook with the bacon until the apple is slightly soft.
- Crush the walnuts and add to the bacon and apple.
- Return the eggs to the skillet and stir all ingredients together. Add the cinnamon to the mixture and stir a few times.
