There's nothing better than throwing some ingredients in a crockpot and leaving it alone for 5 hours, just to come home to a healthy delicious meal and a nice smelling kitchen. Curry is a wonderful Indian dish that brings incredible nutritional value to the table.

Ingredients:
- 1 lbs chicken breast (cubed)
- 1 lbs chicken thighs (cubed)
- 3 celery stalks (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3-4 tablespoon(s) curry powder
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 2 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger (grated)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 squash (cubed)
- 1 large sweet potato (cubed)
Instructions:
Mix together coconut milk with spices, onion and celery. Add chicken and vegetables to slow cooker and pour curry sauce on top.
Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours.
