One Skillet Paleo Dinner

On busy weeknights, we tend to gravitate toward the one-pot meals. The less cleanup required, the better.  This is a recipe to keep in your back pocket on nights when you're too tired to cook and the pizza delivery guy is on standby. 

Prep Time:
5 Minutes

Cook Time:
15 Minutes

Ready In:
20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 head(s) cauliflower (riced)
  • 16 oz pasta sauce (check labels for weird ingredients)
  • 1-2 tablespoon(s) capers or sliced olives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Brown the meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat. You may want to drain the fat if the meat’s not grass fed.
  2. Add the riced cauliflower and pasta sauce.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
  4. Garnish with capers or olives.
