Ingredients:
- pork chops
- 1 cup(s) organic chicken broth
- 1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup(s) unsweetened dried cherries
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions:
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops, broth, vinegar, cherries and rosemary to skillet. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove the chops and keep warm. Continue to simmer the sauce another 3-5 minutes or so until it reduces and becomes syrupy. Remove the rosemary sprig. Serve the pork chops with the reduced cherry sauce spoon over top.
