Pork Chops with Dried Cherry Sauce

The flavors of pork and cherry go very well together in this simple recipe.  In less than 30 minutes, this entree is ready to go.

Ready In:
30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • pork chops
  • 1 cup(s) organic chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup(s) unsweetened dried cherries
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary

Instructions:

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the pork chops, broth, vinegar, cherries and rosemary to skillet.  Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.  Remove the chops and keep warm.  Continue to simmer the sauce another 3-5 minutes or so until it reduces and becomes syrupy.  Remove the rosemary sprig.  Serve the pork chops with the reduced cherry sauce spoon over top.
