Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Salmon

This is the ideal recipe for those rushed weeknights where you just don't have time to spend all evening in the kitchen.  In less than 20 minutes you can have a delicious and healthy meal on the table.  Always choose wild-caught salmon if possible.

5 minutes

Cook Time:
12 minutes

Ready In:
17 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 fresh 6" rosemary sprigs, about 1 tablespoon chopped
  • 2 lbs wild-caught salmon
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°. Peel and chop garlic and rosemary and set aside.

2. Place salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet.

3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Place in the oven and roast for 12 minutes or until the salmon is flaky.
