Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

This Morrocan side dish is seasoned with anti-inflammatory spices that will not only kick up the flavor but also provide numerous health benefits.

  • 2 medium head cauliflower (stem removed and cut into small florets)
  • 4 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil (optional)


In a large bowl, combine together lemon, turmeric, garlic and ginger. Drizzle some olive oil, if using.

Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
Roast for about 20 minutes or until tender.
