Ingredients:
- 2 medium head cauliflower (stem removed and cut into small florets)
- 4 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon(s) turmeric
- 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) ginger powder
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine together lemon, turmeric, garlic and ginger. Drizzle some olive oil, if using.
Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer.
Roast for about 20 minutes or until tender.
