Like wild animals in search of their prey, we at GladdMD are always in search of a new favorite snack. And speaking of primal, we think we found something you'll love that will also fit nice and neatly in your paleo diet. Granola is one of my guilty pleasures. It's marketed as healthy. It looks healthy, but it's typically loaded with sugar. It's also incredibly addicting, and before I know it, one serving turns to four. While I was traveling I found this gem in an Atlanta airport and had to try it. Great crunch, very mild sweetness from the prunes and that rich, filling taste of fat from the coconut and almonds. Favorite recipe: noGRAINola, cinnammon, nutmeg, raw pecan pieces and plain, grassfed raw kefir. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
