You don't need bread to make a sandwich, just some type of "holder". In this case, we used apple slices. Now what goes in between is up to you. Sometimes we'll put ham or turkey. Other times, we'll smear almond or other nut butter in between. However you slice it, lunch is ready in 5 minutes flat.

Ingredients:
- 4 slice(s) ham
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon(s) mustard
- leafy greens
Instructions:
- Core the apple and slice horizontally
- Pile up the ham on an apple slice
- Add the mustard and greens
- Place another apple slice on top
