This is a beautiful "set and forget" slow cooker dish that's quick to prepare in the morning for a busy weeknight dinner. If you don't have beef ribs, you can use short ribs or pork.

Ingredients:
- 4 lbs beef ribs
 - 1/4 cup(s) coconut aminos
 - 1 tablespoon(s) fresh red chili (seeded and minced (or red chili flakes))
 - 6 clove(s) garlic (minced)
 - 1 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger (minced)
 - 1 small bunch green onions (sliced)
 - 1 1/2 cup(s) water
 - 2 tablespoon(s) raw honey (optional)
 
Instructions:
- In a bowl combine the coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, red chili, green shallots, water, and honey (if using).
 - Place ribs in slow cooker and pour the sauce on top.
 - Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
 - Serve warm.
