Asian Style Beef Ribs

This is a beautiful "set and forget" slow cooker dish that's quick to prepare in the morning for a busy weeknight dinner. If you don't have beef ribs, you can use short ribs or pork.

7-8 Hours

Ready In:
7-8 Hours and 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs beef ribs
  • 1/4 cup(s) coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh red chili (seeded and minced (or red chili flakes))
  • 6 clove(s) garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 small bunch green onions (sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) raw honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl combine the coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, red chili, green shallots, water, and honey (if using).
  2. Place ribs in slow cooker and pour the sauce on top.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  4. Serve warm.
