Avocado Chicken Salad

A chicken salad with a twist.  Serve in lettuce wraps or as a snack in between two cucumber slices.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup(s) cooked free-range chicken (shredded)
  • 1 avocado
  • mayonaise
  • 2-3 green onions (sliced)
  • cilantro
  • lime juice (to taste)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve.
