Halibut with Dijon and Almonds

It doesn't get much simpler than this.  With just four ingredients required for this entree, you can whip this up on a busy weeknight in no time.

20 minutes


  • extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil
  • 2 lbs halibut or other white fish
  • 4 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoon(s) almonds (chopped)


Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive or coconut oil.

Lay fish in the pan skin side down.

Spread Dijon mustard over fish and sprinkle with almonds.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
