Jicama Crackers

Such a simple snack, but so good and so much better for you than the traditional box of crackers from the grocery store.

  • 1 jicama (sliced to about ΒΌ in rounds)
  • 1 lime
  • Himalayan Salt


  1. Sprinkle Himalayan salt over jicama slices.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over jicama.
  3. You can keep it this simple, or top the jicama with any cracker topping you like, such as cheese or olive oil.
