Ingredients:
- 1 jicama (sliced to about ΒΌ in rounds)
 - 1 lime
 - Himalayan Salt
 
Instructions:
- Sprinkle Himalayan salt over jicama slices.
 - Squeeze lime juice over jicama.
 - You can keep it this simple, or top the jicama with any cracker topping you like, such as cheese or olive oil.
