Meat and veggies. It's the paleo eating motto. We are all about making it work for you, so use the "bowl" concept as a starting point and add in the flavors that your family enjoys. This is also a great recipe for using up leftover veggies before they go bad.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
- 1/2 package raw bacon (sliced into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 white or yellow onion (diced)
- 2 cup(s) raw cauliflower florets
- 2 cup(s) raw broccoli florets
- 4 clove(s) garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoon(s) duck fat or fat of choice
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Instructions:
- In a large sauté pan on medium heat, brown bacon pieces until crunchy, set aside.
- Add 2 tbsp duck fat and onions, sauté for 15 minutes until browned and tender
- Add broccoli and cauliflower, sauté for another 15 minutes until fork tender, remove from pan and set aside.
- Add ground beef and brown until pink is just gone.
- Combine broccoli/cauliflower/onion mix and add bacon.
- Stir together, finish with salt and pep to taste.
- Serve in a large bowl and enjoy!
