Roasted asparagus is one of our favorite side dishes. It's healthy, easy to prepare and goes well with any main dish. If you want to add a little more to it, wrap the asparagus in nitrate-free bacon before roasting.

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus (washed and trimmed)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss asparagus, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place on baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes, or until slightly browned on the tips.
