Steamed Broccoli

A simple way to eat your green vegetables.  Play around with different seasoning flavors.  We like lemon juice, garlic, or just a drizzle of olive oil with salt and pepper.

Prep Time:
5 minutes

Cook Time:
5-10 minutes

Ready In:
10-15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of broccoli (cut into spears)
  • seasoning of choice: lemon juice, salt and pepper, olive oil, garlic

Instructions:

Place broccoli in steamer basket and steam until bright green and crisp.

Remove from steamer and add seasonings of your choice.
