Ingredients:
- 3 wild-caught salmon steaks
- 4 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) dried dill
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic
- 1 large bag fresh organic baby spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 clove(s) fresh garlic (minced)
Instructions:
1. Rinse salmon steaks in cold water.
2. Cover surface of non-stick fry pan with olive oil.
3. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on salmon steaks.
4. Place in pan and cook on low, covered, until flaky (about 15 minutes).
5. Prepare sautéed spinach.
