88 Pounds Lost Eating 60-30-10

Really cool video of a gal who lost 88 pounds in one year and took gradual photos of her journey. 

Here are some interesting notes regarding her plan:

"Amanda, 26, did not exercise, but lost weight effortlessly by consuming "Paleo" foods such as eggs, fish, pork, beef, lamb, chicken, vegetables, small amounts of fruit and nuts, and avocado/coconut/almond oils. Her daily caloric intake consisted of 60% fats, 30% protein and 10% carbs."

That's a great pie chart! I found it interesting that the reporter calls it a "high protein" diet. Not at all. It was high fat!
