This transformational Optimal8 Coaching Program is all about awesome health. It was created to deliver the science, education, support, partnership, and accountability that most of us require to be successful.
As a small virtual group, we will work together for 8 weeks learning and growing together in health. We will establish your goals and transform these into actions as well as integrate healthy and sustainable behavior changes that correlate with the GladdMD optimal wellness code.
The Optimal8 begins with a bloodwork screening that you will have done prior to the launch of the 8 weeks. This bloodwork will screen for inflammation, vitamin deficiencies, sources of decreased energy, and metabolic health.
When the results are in, we will review these together to discuss what the results mean and to create clarity and specific direction around your health goals. The Optimal8 will also initiate with a 30 day whole food challenge.
During the 8 weeks of the Optimal8, we will learn and develop strategies to apply the pillars of optimal health covering the areas of nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and toxins.
