Ingredients:
- 1 4-5 lb organic whole chicken
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
- 1 teaspoon(s) sage
- extra-virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine salt, garlic powder, thyme, and sage in a small bowl and stir.
Rub salt mixture onto chicken with your hands. Drizzle with olive oil. Place in a roasting pan and bake for 60-90 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
