A simple but delicious way to prepare a nice grass-fed steak. This recipe makes enough for dinner for two plus lunch leftovers. Enjoy with sauteed kale or whipped sweet potatoes.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef round steak (about 1/2" thick)
- 4 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
- 2 medium yellow onion (diced)
- 2 medium green peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 8 large carrots (shredded)
Instructions:
Cut steak into 1/4" - 1/2" slices.
Wash and prepare vegetables.
Add oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the meat and onions in hot oil until the onions turn slightly translucent.
Stir in the green peppers, water and garlic salt. Cook another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Season with black pepper and serve on a bed of shredded carrots.
