Turkey Burger Lettuce Wrappers

A great way to jazz up the everyday burger.  Serve with oven-roasted sweet potato fries for a delicious paleo-friendly meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs grass-fed ground turkey
  • 1 medium red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup(s) fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper

Instructions:

Mix ingredients together and form 4-6 patties. Grill on medium heat for 7 minutes a side. 2 minutes before burgers are done, place a slice of cheese (optional) on each patty. Serve hot.
