A crowd pleaser that makes for a nice and colorful side dish.

						Ready In:30 Minutes  | 
					
Ingredients:
- 1 head(s) organic kale
 - 1/2 lbs bacon (cooked)
 - 4 medium carrots
 - 3 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
 - 5 clove(s) crushed garlic
 - 1 small leek onion (chopped)
 
Instructions:
- Boil some salted water and either steam or boil the carrots for about 10 minutes or until tender.
 - While the carrots are cooking prep your Kale.
 - Grab the stem and pull away from your hand removing the thick part of the stem, give it a wash and set aside.
 - Melt the coconut oil in a large saucepan and add the garlic and leeks.
 - Sautee for about 5 minutes to soften.
 - Add the Kale and sautee for 5 minutes.
 - Add the bacon and carrots, toss together and serve!
