You won't find anything comparable in the grocery store, from both a flavor and nutrition standpoint. This super simple recipe is great with a chopped red onion too if you have it on hand.

- 1 lbs cherry or grape tomatoes
- handful of fresh basil
- extra-virgin olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- sea salt
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and put in a bowl.
Finely chop the fresh basil and add to bowl.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Add sea salt to taste.
