Frozen vegetables are perfect for this recipe. I use frozen broccoli, peas, spinach, caulliflower, along with whatever vegetables and meat I have leftover from the week. This is your chance to make sure all those healthy items in your refrigerator get to play. Feel free to use whatever seasoning you'd like with this as well. Add more garlic if you're a big garlic fan.

Ingredients:
- 1 lbs ground meat or thinly sliced meat (leftover from recipes)
- 2 tablespoon(s) coconut oil
- 1 cup(s) onions (chopped)
- Quick cooking veggies (e.g. pre-washed baby spinach, leftover sautéed chard, frozen broccoli, shredded carrots, broccoli slaw, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon(s) garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Chop all veggies.
Melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil over medium heat in a large cast iron skillet. Toss in garlic and diced onions and stir-fry until they are tender.
Add meat to the pan until browned.
Add veggies to the pan and cook until tender.
