Ingredients:
- 1/2 lbs spinach
- 1 boneless organic chicken breast
- 1/4 cup(s) unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded carrots
- 2 teaspoon(s) toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon(s) coconut oil
- 1/2 cup(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat skillet with coconut oil
- Over medium heat cook in skillet chicken breast.
- Once cooled down slice chicken into strips
- In a medium bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sesame seeds
- Add spinach to a large bowl add cranberries and cashews
- Mix everything together and Enjoy!
