From time to time, a good 'ole fried somethin sounds good. Fish and chips are almost ALWAYS not on the good-eater's menu. So naturally, we had to find a cleaned up version.

Ingredients:
- 1 lbs wild caught cod
- 2 cup(s) coconut oil for frying
- 1 cup(s) almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup(s) full-fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) sea salt
Instructions:
- Combine almond flour, eggs, sea salt and coconut milk in a food processor or blender.
- Mix well.
- Cut cod into thin strips.
- Heat coconut oil on the stove.
- Batter the cod and fry until golden brown.
