Coleslaw is either the perfect compliment to a grilled something or picnic lunch or it's a soggy, mayo-laded disaster. We found a recipe that you don't have to mop up with a biscuit. It's super flavorful and made with ingredients we've all heard of (always a plus). It's got a kick to it, so feel free to add more or less jalapeno depending on your taste.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 head(s) purple cabbage (shredded)
- 1 bunch cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced)
- 1 teaspoon(s) minced ginger
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the cabbage, cilantro, carrot, jalapeño and ginger in a large bowl
- Toss veggies with lime, olive oil and honey, then sprinkle with salt
- Serve
