  • Autumn Harvest Salad

    A good salad can be enjoyed even during the cooler months.  This mix of flavorful greens, apple, and raw cheese is a delicious way to complement an entree.  Oven-roasted walnuts make a wonderful addition to the salad as well.

    Grilling the carrots brings out a sweet flavor along with the fresh flavors of lime and cilantro.  A perfect summertime side dish!  If you don't have a grill, you can roast the carrots in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • Balsamic and Rosemary Chicken

    The warm aroma of fresh rosemary is enhanced in this dish by the sweet flavor of balsamic vinegar. This recipe is one of our favorite ways to enjoy chicken breasts. Served alongside a bed of fresh greens, this entrée is always one to please.

  • Marinated Flank Steak with Mushrooms

    A great weekend dish.  Prepare the marinade ahead of time, and allow the meat to soak up all the juices for 1 to 4 hours.  Make sure to use grass-fed beef if possible.
