Sometimes life doesn’t work out the way we want. Sometimes we snap back and recover and sometimes we either get down or too revved up. Maybe we start losing some sleep. The TV says its a chemical imbalance. It is, well part of it is. So don’t simply focus on the easy part, and when you do, make sure it’s something consistent with your body’s physiology and not habit-forming. So consider some gentle support and sign up for that yoga class, seek out a cognitive-behavioral therapist and forgive someone. Time to get back on track.
